PURPOSE:

Deborah Leaner Ministries (DLM) is called to move women forward as they embody biblical principles in their everyday life. Our organization is serious about creating a higher level of everyday living through personal development and spiritual principles and creating an environment that promotes: sisterhood, growth mindset and walking in the Authority, Confidence and Victory in Christ.

CRITERIA

The nomination criteria for the DLM Divine Discipleship for Sisters (DDS) 20th anniversary:

• The nominee must be a woman who has been actively involved in moving DDS forward at least 3 years out of the 20 years and held a leadership role for at least 1 of those 3 years.

• The nominee must have made significant contributions to women, such as serving as a leader, volunteer, or donor.

• The nominee must be a role model for other women and inspire them to live their faith.

• The nominee must be a women of faith, of integrity and character.

• The nominee must be a woman who is respected and admired by other women in the ministry. She should be someone who is known for her faith, compassion, and commitment to making a difference in the lives of women.

To nominate someone, please submit the following information:

• The nominee's name and contact information.

• A brief description of the nominee's involvement in DLM or DDS Ministry.

• Specific examples of the nominee's contributions to the growth of Women in the Ministry.

• A heartfelt letter of why, how, what, when, and where details from the above criteria.
